Are Vessi shoes actually 100% waterproof?
Yes, our Dyma-tex technology is integrated directly into the knit, making our shoes 100% waterproof for their entire lifespan, not just water-resistant.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within North America. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 90-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Returns are free for customers in the US and Canada.
How do I clean my Vessi shoes?
We recommend hand washing with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid the washing machine and dryer to ensure the Dyma-tex membrane remains fully functional.
Do you offer half sizes?
Most of our styles currently come in whole sizes only. If you are a half size, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Are Vessi products vegan-friendly?
Absolutely. All of our shoes are made with 100% vegan materials, including our glues and dyes, ensuring no animal products are used in the manufacturing process.
