Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method or a seamless exchange for a different size or color.

  Pack and Label

  Place your unworn Vessis back in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
